I am a director with responsibility for managing negotiations for a full range of derivative documentation and collaborating closely with client in-house legal teams to deliver the high-quality service for which we are known.

After graduating in with a degree in Law with Government, I worked at a leading Belfast law firm, gaining experience across a wide range of practice areas, including Debt Recovery, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution before moving into trading legal services.

My experience includes negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Collateral Security Agreements, Prime Brokerage documentation (both UK and US), GMRAs, GMSLAs and ancillary documentation, working for a wide range of clients, both corporate and financial.

I bring many years of experience as a trading legal services provider.
