I have been working as both in-house counsel and trading legal services manager since 2016. I enjoy managing a thriving legal team.
I qualified as a Northern Irish solicitor in 2013 and an English qualified solicitor in 2016. I worked for 5 years as a family law and criminal solicitor before becoming in-house counsel at a tier 1 global investment bank. My experience includes negotiating a wide range of derivative trading and securities related documentation across a wide variety of counterparty types, including ISDA Master Agreements, Collateral Security Agreements, Prime Brokerage documentation, GMRAs, GMSLAs and ancillary documentation.
I led negotiations for FX Prime Brokerage in EMEA.
